In Person Workshops

Booking & Attendance

You can book workshops online through our shop booking system. Payment for the workshop is to be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are made through a PayPal shopping cart, you do not need a Paypal account to process card payments. We accept Paypal, debit & credit cards. We will publish information about upcoming workshops on our website & social media platforms. Once booking has been processed confirmation will be sent via email. The venue for the workshop will be listed on the workshop listing.

Cancellation by Craft 4 Eternity

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to unforseen circumstances or if the minimum required number of attendees is not met. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify attendees as soon as possible & offer a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future workshop.

Cancellation by attendees

If you cannot attend a booked workshop, please give us as much notice as possible. While we do not guarantee refunds for cancellation we will make every effort to accomodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.

Materials & Supplies

We will make every effort to provide sufficient materials for each workshop attendee; however we reserve the right to supply alternative materials than those advertised.

Project Sheets

We provide written tutorials for most of our workshops, but the availability of project sheets is not garanteed. Project sheets are for personal use only. attendees are not permitted to share project sheets with others, reproduce them or use them to teach their own classes.

Refreshments

We offer a selecton of tea. coffee, biscuits & cake during our workshops. If you prefer you may bring your own. Plese speack to a member of staff if you require allergy information. For all day workshops/craft clubs please bring your own lunch. 

Use of Tools & Safety

During workshops, attendees may use scissors, knifes & other sharp tools. Attendees are responsible for uing these tools safely & follow the guidance provide by Crafts 4 Eternity Staff. Crafts 4 Eternity is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from improper use of tools during workshops. Attendees of all day craft club must bring their own tools to use & are responsible for the safety & security of those tools during the club hours. Crafts 4 Eternity is not liable for any injuries, damages or loss of attendees tools whilst attending an all day club.

Car park & Access

Crafts 4 Eternity is not liable for any damage, losses & fines whilst parking at our venue. Car parking is free & limited. Please park responsibly. There is limited disable access & provision. Please contact Crafts 4 Eternity to discuss your needs.

 

Booking & Attendance

We will publish information about upcoming workshops on our website & social media platforms. Classroom access is not automated. Classroom access will be granted once booking has been processed, a link to your booked classroom will be sent via a booking confirmation email. This may take up to 24 hours to process, longer during holidays & busy times.

Cancellation, Class retirement & Refunds

Online workshops are exluded from our returns policy. We will not authorize refunds on online workshops due to the digital nature of the product. If we retire a class for any reason we will notify all attendees via email at least 30 days prior to the retirement date.

Live Tutor Access

Each workshop classroom has a live chat link to the class tutor. Live chat is available at various times throughout the week. Live chat is not available on Sundays. Live chat links are to a real person & not AI or any form of automation. Live chats are for discussing the workshop, questions or problems you have with the content specific to that workshop. Please use the contact link on the top menu for all other enquires.

We provide written PDF tutorials for most of our workshops, but the availability of project sheets is not garanteed. All PDF documents, downloads, project sheets, videos & images are for personal use only. Attendees are not permitted to share classroom content with others, reproduce them or use them to teach their own classes. You may create & sell projects made with our workshops, they must be handmade by yourself. You may not create kits with our instructions and sell them.

Lifetime Access

All classroom content including, videos, images, downloads, PDFs & live tutor access are available for lifetime access. If we decide to retire a class you will be notified at least 30 day prior to the retirement date.
