Delivery

With the exception of Digital products, all orders are subject to a P&P charge.

£3.80 for 2nd Class Royal Mail

£4.80 for 1st Class Royal Mail

There is NO minimum order value.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, longer during busy times.

Please ensure you give us your correct delivery address & email.

A dispatch email will be sent to the email provided on the day of dispatch.

We currently only ship to Mainland UK.

If you live outside the UK & would like to place an order please contact us BEFORE placing an order.

This option is ONLY for orders which will be either collected or sent with Page Kit Club subscription kits.
Orders will not be processed untill the correct postage has been paid.

Packages leave Crafts 4 Eternity in perfect condition, claims for damages during transit must be made to Royal Mail. We recommend you take photographs of the damage to assist your claim.

Royal Mail states that compensation claims for lost post cannot be made prior to 15 days after dispatch.

We therefore will only send replacement orders (if available) or issue a refund after 15 days from the date of dispatch should your order not arrive.

It is at the discretion of Crafts 4 Eternity whether a replacement or refund is sent.

If you have given us your correct email address when placing an order online, we will email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 15 days from the date of dispatch please contact us. we will assume that your order has arrived in a satisfactory condition if we do not hear from you.

This does not affect your stautory rights.

Digital products are excluded from P&P charges.

Digital products (printables, classes, ebooks) are not automated. Links & files will be sent via email.

Products/access links are usually sent within 24 hours of purchase, this may be longer during busy time or public holidays.
