Purchasing

All purchases are processed using Paypals payment system. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this system to pay with a credit or debit card.

If payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your order, and products will no longer be reserved.

Once payment has been received your order will be processed and dispatched. An email confirming dispatch will be sent to confirm dispatch of goods.

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase, if however you are not , please contact us stating your order reference and contact details to discuss returning the goods.

All items must be returned at your own expense in an as-new/unopened condition. Refunds/ exchanges will be sent once the items are received by us.

All Digital products (printables, classes & ebooks) are excluded from our returns policy to to the nature of the product.

Cancellation of Orders

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days. Once the delivery process has begun, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services already carried out by Crafts 4 Eternity (e.g. postage & packaging)

The cancellation must be confirmed in writing or via email.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, the order must be returned, at your own expense, in an as-new/unopened condition. Once the goods have been received by us your refund will be issued within 14 days of the receipt of goods by us.

Digital Products

All digital products are excluded from our returns policy. 

This includes printables, classes & ebooks

Stock Availability

Whilst every effort is made to keep the site updated, occassionally items may be out of stock. We will contact you if this occurs.

Product Images and Descriptions.

Whilst every effort is made to faithfully represent products, some variations may occur. Colour variations may occur due to technology used to view the site.
